General Terms and Conditions

1. Account Registration and Verification

1.1. To access gaming and betting services on the Platform, users must complete the registration process and create a personal account.

1.2. Each user may hold only one account. The creation of multiple or duplicate accounts — including those with variations in names, emails, or payment details — is strictly forbidden.

1.3. During registration, users must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, including:

  • Full name

  • Date of birth

  • Valid email address

  • Phone number

  • Residential address

1.4. The Company may request documents at any time to verify a user’s identity, such as a passport, ID card, proof of address, or payment method verification.

1.5. Failure to submit correct information or provide verification documents may result in account suspension or closure.

1.6. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials private. Any actions carried out under an authenticated account are considered valid.

1.7. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by a user’s negligence in safeguarding their credentials.


2. Deposits and Withdrawals

2.1. All deposits must be made through payment systems listed in the Platform’s “Payments” section.

2.2. Deposits must originate from payment instruments owned by the user. Deposits from third-party accounts may be reversed, and any related winnings forfeited.

2.3. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and currency.

2.4. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible.

2.5. Withdrawal requests may undergo verification and anti-fraud checks. The Company may require documents proving the origin of funds or payment method ownership.

2.6. Processing times depend on the chosen payment system. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by external providers or banks.

2.7. The Company reserves the right to apply administrative fees or reject withdrawals if fraud, abuse, or terms violations are suspected.


3. Bonus Terms

3.1. Bonuses and promotions are governed by their own terms as published on the Platform.

3.2. Unless otherwise specified:

  • Deposit bonuses are subject to a 25x wagering requirement.

  • Free spins are subject to a 30x wagering requirement.

3.3. Bonuses must be activated within the promotion’s specified period (usually within 72 hours of deposit).

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Creating multiple accounts

  • Bonus or promotion abuse

  • Collusion with other players

  • Using scripts or automated tools for unfair advantage

  • Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks

  • Accessing the Platform from restricted regions

4.2. The Company may investigate and take action, including account suspension, confiscation of funds, and reporting to authorities.

4.3. Users found guilty of such violations may be permanently banned.


5. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

5.1. The Company adheres to international AML and Counter-Terrorist Financing standards.

5.2. Proof of identity, address, and source of funds may be requested at any time.

5.3. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate financial intelligence agencies without user notification.

5.4. Accounts showing suspicious or unverifiable activity may be frozen pending investigation.


6. Responsible Gaming

6.1. The Company supports responsible gaming and provides tools to help users manage their activity.

6.2. Users can set deposit, wager, or time limits in their account settings.

6.3. Self-exclusion is available for fixed periods or permanently, during which access to the Platform is blocked.

6.4. The Company may restrict access for users displaying signs of problematic gambling behavior.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1. The Company may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

  • Suspected fraud or illegal activity

  • Breach of Terms and Conditions

7.2. Upon closure, remaining balances (excluding bonuses) may be refunded if no violations occurred.

7.3. The Company may withhold funds if investigations confirm fraud, collusion, or abuse.


8. Complaints and Disputes

8.1. Users should contact support@mellstroygame.com for all complaints or disputes.

8.2. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and typically resolved within 14 business days.

8.3. If the resolution is unsatisfactory, users may escalate the issue to the Curaçao Gaming Authority.

8.4. The Company’s decision is final unless overturned by the competent authority.


9. Changes to the Terms

9.1. The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time.

9.2. Updates take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

9.3. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
