1Win N.V. is a company duly incorporated under the laws of Curaçao, holding Company Number 147039, and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority to operate games of chance under license number OGL/2024/587/0621, in accordance with the National Ordinance on Games of Chance.
Our registered office is located at Dr. H. Fergusonweg 1, Curaçao (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, or “the Company”).

Our websites, including mellstroy-apk.com and any related online or mobile versions (each referred to as the “Website”), allow Users (“You”, “Your”) to access both Betting and Non-Betting Services (together referred to as the “Services”) through your account. Betting Services are considered real-money services.

Payment processing is handled by MFI INVESTMENTS LIMITED, a subsidiary of 1Win N.V., registered under number HE 386738, located at Agias Fylaxeos, 232, Flat/Office 102, 3082, Limassol, Cyprus.
MFI INVESTMENTS LIMITED provides payment processing as an authorized agent under a formal agreement with 1Win N.V.

  • Privacy Policy

  • Responsible Gaming Policy

  • Cookie Policy

If you do not agree with this Agreement or any of the policies listed above, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

2. Eligibility and User Representations

By accessing and using the Platform, you confirm and guarantee that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

  • You are not located in, or acting on behalf of anyone located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction as defined in our Prohibited Use section.

  • You are using the Platform for yourself only, and not on behalf of a third party.

  • All registration information and documents you provide are accurate, current, and complete. Any false information may result in account termination and loss of funds.

  • You have not self-excluded from gambling activities, whether voluntarily or under regulatory restriction.

  • You maintain only one active account, and you will not create or use multiple, duplicate, or proxy accounts.

  • You are not under any restriction from gambling or financial authorities that would prevent you from using our Services.

3. Assumption of Risk

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Participation in betting or gaming activities involves financial risk, and you may lose funds deposited into your account.

  • You are fully responsible for any losses incurred.

  • Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk, and the Company is not liable for any resulting damage or loss.

  • The Company does not guarantee winnings or specific results, and nothing on the Platform constitutes financial or investment advice.

4. Compliance with Local Laws

The availability of our Platform does not constitute an invitation or offer to participate in gambling where such activities are prohibited by local law.
It is your sole duty to ensure that your access and use of the Platform comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

The Company does not provide legal advice and assumes no responsibility for illegal use of the Platform.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of Curaçao.
By accepting these Terms, you agree that the courts of Curaçao have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or disputes relating to your use of the Platform, this Agreement, or related policies.
